Undeletable folder is nothing but a reserved folder name by Microsoft Windows, That's why it can't be deleted easily. It was originally created for storing the essential files required by Windows.The folder is created by the name LPT1 which means Local Port 1 (used for referring Default Printer port).
STEPS-
1. GO to RUN (By Pressing windows+ R) ----->> type: "cmd".
2.Just type E: (or any other drive in which you want to make an undeletable folder) and enter
3.Type: md \lpt1\\ and press enter.
the folder named LPT1 will now be available in your E Drive.
