Installing Windows 7 from a USB Drive proves to be more advantageous as compared to the previous methods of installing Windows. Ex- via [ DVD DRIVES]
Some of the Advantages are :-
1. The time taken for installation is much more less as compared to other methods such as "Installing from DVD".
2. It's lot more easier, you just have to plug in your device & whoaa.
3. It also proves to be very useful when your PC does not have a DVD R/W [or it may have become faulty].
1. Plug in your USB DRIVE.
2. Right click on it, Select Format. A Window appears [as you can see in the below Snapshot]
3. Change File System to "NTFS" , Allocation unit size to "Default allocation size" and Uncheck "Quick Format". Click Start.
4. Now Extract/Copy the setup files of Windows 7 to your Formatted USB Drive.
5. Restart your Computer and Select USB HDD as your Boot Device.

REQUIREMENTS :- [A USB Drive (Min. 4 Gb) and Windows 7 Setup Files ]
STEPS :-
1. Plug in your USB DRIVE.
2. Right click on it, Select Format. A Window appears [as you can see in the below Snapshot]
3. Change File System to "NTFS" , Allocation unit size to "Default allocation size" and Uncheck "Quick Format". Click Start.
4. Now Extract/Copy the setup files of Windows 7 to your Formatted USB Drive.
5. Restart your Computer and Select USB HDD as your Boot Device.
NOTE : You can Select your "Boot Device" by pressing a dedicated key such as F10 or you can also make changes in Boot device priorities by going into your Computer's BIOS Setup.
